Noncredit courses are a quick – and free – pathway to a new career or the skills you need for a job promotion.
We share noncredit curricular and pathway innovations among our 19 member colleges, allowing for a learning exchange that advances noncredit career technical education.
We provide a pipeline of qualified workers for employers in in-demand fields to help meet workforce needs in the Los Angeles region.

In Fall 2023, two workshops were offered to the region by ideas42. These interactive workshops introduced participants to some of the most common behavioral barriers students face, and strategies and design principles that colleges can apply to improve their marketing, outreach, and enrollment efforts.
